1) Do the Carbon Emitter Panels have a cloth covering? All of the carbon heat emitters have a protective cloth covering with exception to floor heat emitter panels. 2) Are the Carbon Emitter Panels removable for cleaning? The carbon heat emitters do not need to be clean with exception to the floor heat emitter panel. The floor heat emitter panel has a wood grade cover over it which can be removed so that the floor heat emitter can be wiped down every so often with water and a damp cloth. Or, you can put a small towel over the floor heater to catch your sweat while using the sauna. 3) If not, how does one clean the Base-Floor Emitter Panel from excessive sweat? Please see the response to question two. 4) Is there any Plywood construction in the walls, base or root that can contribute to VOC's ? The sauna is made up of approximately 90% of solid Hemlock Wood. There is some plywood used in the underside of the floor panel and the roof has an optional hardboard cosmetic cover that sits on top (does not have to be used). There is no plywood inside the sauna.
